Our 3/4″ wood is premium quality pine with no knots and is fully sanded. Our 1/8″ wood is laser cut from quality birch faced ply. A burnt wood smell is normal and will fade. If it is bothersome, you can lightly sand the edges to make it go away faster. Light burn marks on the wood are also normal and you can paint or paper right over them or remove them with a light sanding. As with all wood, slight imperfections may exist. Laser cut items are not sanded. Many are scored for easier placement/painting and many are small pieces that our sanders can alter the shape of and/or break.

Our strawberry comes in 4 sizes.  Sizes are approximate and include the stem on the leafy top.  The size will vary a little based on the placement of the leafy top.  Sizes below are measured at the overall tallest and widest points and include the leafy top/stem placed as shown in the photos.

**A note about lost or stolen packages: We ship only to the address the buyer provides and once we drop an order off at the post office and they scan it in, the seller takes no responsibility and has no control over the final delivery of a package. Sadly, many of us have had to deal with the occasional lost or stolen package. In the rare event your order is lost or stolen, the seller will work with the buyer to re-cut and ship a replacement order on a rush basis, but the buyer must repurchase the items. The seller will not replace lost or stolen packages free of charge. Thank you for understanding.
