Our 1/8″ wood is laser cut from quality birch faced ply. A burnt wood smell is normal and will fade. If it is bothersome, you can lightly sand the edges to make it go away faster. Light burn marks on the wood are also normal and you can paint or paper right over them or remove them with a light sanding. As with all wood, slight imperfections may exist. Laser cut items are not sanded. Many are scored for easier placement/painting and many are small pieces that our sanders can alter the shape of and/or break.

Sadly, many of us have had to deal with the occasional lost or stolen package. In the rare event your order is lost or stolen, the seller will work with the buyer to re-cut and ship a replacement order on a rush basis, but the buyer must repurchase the items.
